Common errors and what they mean
The error messages you're most likely to hit, in plain language, with the fix.
Sending
"You can't send from that address." The from-address is not a verified sender on your workspace. Add and verify it under Settings → Sender emails. Being able to type an address is not authorisation to send from it — see Sender addresses.
"Email service not configured." Sending infrastructure credentials are missing on the server. This is not something you can fix from the app; contact support.
"Could not register domain." The domain was rejected upstream. Check it is a real, correctly spelled domain — not a subdomain of a service that blocks authentication, and not a typo.
"This domain is already connected to another workspace." A domain belongs to exactly one workspace. If it is genuinely yours, contact support; do not work around it with a variant address.
Quota
"This broadcast needs N emails but only M remain." Your monthly allowance cannot cover the whole batch. The send is refused rather than partially completed, because a half-sent campaign is worse than an unsent one. Upgrade, or send to a smaller segment.
See Plans and limits.
AI Resolutions stop and everything escalates to humans. Your AI Resolution allowance is exhausted. Service degrades to human handling rather than failing — customers are never dropped. Upgrade to restore automation.
Connections
"Invalid key" from the widget. The public key does not match a workspace. Copy it again from the Widget screen. If you have never opened that screen, open it once — that provisions the key.
"Need admin approval" when connecting Outlook. Your Microsoft 365 tenant requires an administrator to consent to third-party apps. An admin grants it once for the organisation.
"Invalid signature" on WooCommerce. The consumer key or secret has stray whitespace, or the store URL includes a trailing path. Re-copy both and use the bare origin.
Meta channels stop receiving messages. The Page access token was invalidated — commonly a Page admin change or someone removing the app in Facebook's Business Integrations settings. Reconnect from Connections.
Rate limiting
"Too many messages" in the widget. A visitor exceeded the per-IP rate limit. It clears within a minute. This protects your allowance from a single abusive visitor and does not affect other visitors.
Nothing here matches
Note what you did, the exact message, and the time. Those three things let support trace the request. A screenshot of the error alone usually is not enough to identify the specific request.
