The plans, allowances and prices are the same everywhere. See Plans and limits.

Shopify

  • Choose a plan: in the Kognit HQ app in Shopify admin, pick Monthly or Yearly on a plan, then approve the charge on Shopify's screen.
  • Free trial: 7 days, once per account. Switching plans during the trial keeps the same end date.
  • Switch: pick another plan, or switch between monthly and yearly. Your current plan stays until you approve the new one.
  • Cancel: Cancel plan at the bottom of the plan section. Shopify stops billing right away.
  • Extra AI resolutions on monthly plans appear on your Shopify invoice, up to the monthly limit you approved. Conversations handed to your team are never charged.

Wix

  • Kognit HQ's Billing page shows Billed via Wix, and the plan buttons open Kognit HQ's plan page in Wix, where Wix takes the payment.
  • Upgrade, switch and cancel there too; Kognit picks up the change by itself.
  • Removing the app from your Wix site ends the Wix plan.

Why not a card?

Shopify and Wix require apps sold in their app stores to bill through them, and it keeps everything on one invoice for you. Add-ons (extra seats and AI packs) are sold only through Stripe, so Shopify and Wix merchants get more by choosing a bigger plan instead.
