Keep your sales and support teams in perfect sync with native 2-way HubSpot contact synchronization.

Setup Steps

  1. Navigate to Integrations -> HubSpot.
  2. Authorize with your HubSpot Admin account.
  3. Choose sync options:
    • Create New Contacts: Automatically create HubSpot contacts for new inbound ticket senders.
    • Sync Ticket Activity: Log ticket resolution summaries to the contact's CRM timeline.
