Sync Shopify Policies & FAQs

Automatically pull return windows, shipping tiers, and terms directly from your Shopify admin.

When you connect Shopify, Kognit pulls standard store policies automatically:

  1. Refund Policy (Return window, return shipping fee rules, eligible conditions).
  2. Shipping Policy (Domestic vs international delivery transit estimates, free shipping thresholds).
  3. Terms of Service & Privacy Policy (Data protection, subscription renewal terms).

Verifying Synced Policies

  1. Navigate to AI Brain -> Shopify Synced Policies.
  2. Review the parsed policy cards.
  3. If you edit policies inside Shopify Admin, click Sync Now to refresh Kognit's vector index immediately.
