Connection Steps

  1. In Integrations, locate Zendesk and click Connect.
  2. Provide your Zendesk Subdomain (e.g., randname.zendesk.com), Admin Email, and API Token.
  3. Map Zendesk Groups to Kognit Teams (e.g. Support, Billing, Returns).
  4. Click Begin Import.
