  • Gorgias macros (automatically converted into Kognit Canned Responses).
  • Customer tags, VIP attributes, and store order links.

How to Migrate

  1. Open Integrations -> Gorgias Migration.
  2. Enter your Gorgias Base URL (e.g. yourstore.gorgias.com), Account Email, and API Key.
  3. Select your date range (e.g., Last 6 Months or All Time).
  4. Click Start Automated Migration. Background sync will proceed with zero downtime.
