Plans and limits
What each plan includes, and what happens when you reach a limit.

What the meters mean
Emails — outbound messages you send: campaigns and email replies.
AI Resolutions — every new customer conversation the AI handles. Counted per thread (not per message), whether the AI fully resolves it or hands off to a human.
Contacts — people stored in your CRM.
What happens at a limit
Nothing breaks, and no customer is ever dropped:
| Meter exhausted | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| AI Resolutions | Conversations escalate to humans instead |
| Emails | Sends are refused with a clear message; a broadcast that would exceed is refused whole |
| Contacts | New contacts are not created; tickets still arrive |
| Automations | You cannot create more until you upgrade or delete one |
Degrading to human handling rather than failing is deliberate. Running out of AI quota should cost you efficiency, never a customer conversation.
Choosing a plan
Size on AI Resolutions, not emails. Most teams reach the AI ceiling long before the email one, because every inbound conversation consumes an AI Resolution while only some produce outbound email.
A rough guide: take your monthly support conversations and add 30% for follow-ups and drafts.
Changing plans
Upgrade from Billing. The new limits apply immediately and billing is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you have paid for.
If your usage already exceeds a lower plan's limits, downgrading will cap you at the new limits at the period boundary — reduce usage first to avoid a surprise.
