Connect Wix
Install Kognit HQ on any Wix site. The chat is added for you and the AI learns your pages; with Wix Stores it also tracks orders.

Kognit HQ works on any Wix site: restaurants, salons, portfolios, services, and shops built with Wix Stores.

Kognit checks which Wix apps your site has, so a site without Wix Stores gets a support chat, not shop buttons.
Connect
- In Kognit HQ, open Integrations → Wix → Connect (or install Kognit HQ from the Wix App Market).
- Choose your site in Wix and approve the permissions.
- Wix sends you back to Kognit HQ. Sign in, or create an account, and the site connects.
- You'll see is connected. Kognit adds the chat to your site and starts reading your pages.
Only the site's owner or an admin can connect it.
After connecting
- Your pages: Kognit reads up to 25 public pages from your site and re-reads them daily. See what it learned under Website chat → Knowledge base → Learn from your website. Publish your site first: unpublished sites can't be read.
- Wix Stores: products, customers and orders sync now, and new orders arrive as they're placed.
- Added Wix Stores later? In Integrations → Wix, click Sync. Kognit checks again and turns on the store features.
Billing
Once Kognit HQ is listed on the Wix App Market, Wix merchants pay on their Wix invoice. See Billing through Shopify or Wix.
Disconnect
Integrations → Wix → Disconnect, or remove the app in Wix. Kognit stops using your site, and the answers it learned from your pages are removed.
