Trustpilot Reviews

Add your business’s public Trustpilot review link. After a customer confirms their order has been delivered, ask them to share their experience using that link.

This uses your review link. It does not connect directly to Trustpilot or require API credentials.

1. Copy your business’s Trustpilot review link.
2. Save it under review links in Kognit Settings.
3. Share a review request after the customer confirms delivery.
